Returns Policy
At Zeo Evolution our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received the product in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also, photo evidence of damage will also be required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) -
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Sorry, as we are a small business and DO NOT DO REFUNDS for incorrect sizes or wrong products ordered, however we do offer exchanges. For size changes and products swaps, postage must be covered both ways by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or declining of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Keep in mind, refunds may also take time to show in your bank account

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.zeoevolution@gmail.com
The use of heat transfers during the manufacturing process, there may be an imprint where the logo is located. We apologise for the inconvenience, however over time they wash out.
While we strive to improve and grow our business, we are always looking for new ways to become better and any feedback will be appreciated.
Shipping
To return your product, send your item to: Australia Post, Prospect LPO, Shop 1, PO Box 274, Tasmania, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. However, if the product is damaged/defective when returned, we will refund the full amount including shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
It is recommended to go through a shipping company that supplies you with a tracking number when returning your product.
